cut zucchini into about 1/2 in discs

heat chicken broth and add zucchini

chop garlic and onion and add to chicken broth. may sautee in butter if desired

if having mushrooms, sautee in butter and add to chicken broth when cooked

you may add other veggies if desired to make more hearty

beat eggs in a bowl and add to soup after thoroughly heated. this will create an egg drop effect.

for anyone on a special diet, egg and salt can be left out.
