Heat grated jaggery in a pan on slow flame till it get melt evenly

Continuously stirr with the help of spatula.. when it is done then add puffed rice and mix throughly.

On a greased platform spread the mix and pat it evenly with greased hands or you can use rolling pin.. cut it when is still hot.. let it rest for 5 minutes.

Chikki is ready to eat..
