Ingredients

7-8 servings
  1. 1whole fish about (375g)
  2. 250 gbutter(melted)
  3. 2table spoons crushed garlic
  4. 1 table spoonspice for fish
  5. 2table spoons of chilli flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    If using frozen fish be sure to thaw it thoroughly before cooking

  2. 2

    Make cut long underside of fish remove guts and thoroughly clean

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover the marinated fish with foil

  4. 4

    Place fish in a foil and rub with garlic, spice for fish and chilli flakes then add the melted butter,cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes

  5. 5

    Can be served with any starch and veggies of your choice
