    Tamarind ko 2hrs paani me rakhe phir ise achi tarah masal ke iske seed hats le phir ise chain le ab pan me oil daale phir jeera daal ke brown karein phir isme channel hue tamarind daale aur saath ho sugar aur jaggery bhi daal kar pakay jab sauce think home lage tab 2 pinch rock salt daal kar gas off karein is sauce ko aap fridge me store kar ke bhi aap Rakh sakte ho.
