Ingredients

  1. 2 tspolive oil
  2. 2 clovegarlic
  3. 1 bunchspinach
  4. 1 pintsheavy cream
  5. 1 cupparmesan cheese
  6. 1salt
  7. 1pepper
  8. 1 packageschicken breast
  9. 2 tbspflour
  10. 1/2 cupwhite wine
  11. 1linguine pasta
  12. 1red or green bellpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    fry chicken until chicken is tender

  2. 2

    med low heat, stir fry garlic cloves,red and green bell peppers,spinach in olive oil

  3. 3

    add white wine,flour-until pasty consistency,heavy cream,Parmesan cheese,salt and pepper

  4. 4

    cook pasta

  5. 5

    put dish in the over for 350°F for 20 mins.
