Thick batter ko achhe se fente jab tak ye airy na ho jaye (check karne ke lia thoda sa ghol pani me dale ye pani ke surface par a jayega means ready to fry)

Deep fry ke lia oil garamkare usme chhote chhote boll bana kar fry karein (slow flam pe fry karein)

Brown fry hone par ese oil se nikal kar direct chasani me dale
