  2. 1 bowlsoaked urad daal
  3. 2Badi elaichi
  4. 2choti elaichi
  5. 2 spoonjeera
  6. 3 - 4 laung
  7. 1 spoonamchur powder
  8. 3 - 4 Lal sukhi mirch

Steps

  1. 1

    Gud me 1 bowl water dal ke chasani banayein na jyada mota na jyada patla

  2. 2

    Ek tadka pan me 2se 3 spoon oil dal garamkare usme Hing Lal mirch 1/ 2spoon jeera dal ke chatkaye fir ese sechasni me tadka lagaye amchur powder dal ke mix karein

  3. 3

    Bacha Hua jeera elaichi (both type) kali mirch pees le.Ab esme dal ko pees kar mix karein(dal ko piste samay halka pani dale)

  4. 4

    Thick batter ko achhe se fente jab tak ye airy na ho jaye (check karne ke lia thoda sa ghol pani me dale ye pani ke surface par a jayega means ready to fry)

  5. 5

    Deep fry ke lia oil garamkare usme chhote chhote boll bana kar fry karein (slow flam pe fry karein)

  6. 6

    Brown fry hone par ese oil se nikal kar direct chasani me dale
