Add 2 tsp of water in yeast and mix it properly and keep aside.till it firm.

Take maida.add salt,sugar,butter and yeast. Mix it properly and knead it to Make a soft dough.

Keep the dough for 2 hour. And cover it with soft cloth

Now make the shape of donuts with the help of donut cutter.

Now deep fry all the donuts.and drain excess oil
- 6
Note: oil should not be too hot or too cold. Because donuts didn't take too much time to cook

Now take another pan and add watwe and jaggery and cook till jagery melts completely

Now dip all the donuts in the melted jagerry. And make sure all donuts are properly covered with it.

Take out all the donuts and place it in the serving plate and garush it with lots of crushed peanuts.

Your jaggery peanuts are ready to eat.
