Chocolate Chestnut Brownies Chocolate Chestnut Brownies
Brownie recipes usually melt the chocolate, but I thought it'd be nice to have chunks.Aside from a square pan, you can also use a muffin or pound cake pan. Cut the chocolate and chestnuts into large chunks and enjoy eating. It's delicious eaten right after baking, but if you wait and eat the next day, it's even more delicious. Adapted many times from a bbcgoodfood recipe until I found my favourite gooey consistency, better to take it out of the oven when it's still a bit wobbly in the middle for gooeyness!carrie.Mcc
