Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cupself-rising cornbread mix
  • 1 cupsliced olives and pimentos
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 cupextra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2large eggs
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonthyme
  • 1/2 teaspoonground sage

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Heat an oven safe pan or skillet. Oil it

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients except the olives and pimentos.

  4. 4

    Pour the batter into the skillet. Add the olives and pimentos on top

    Put into the oven for 25-30 minutes.
