First fry the goond in ghee and keep it aside.

In the same pan with all the ghee roast wheat flour till it's is almost golden brown,, add the coconut and ginger powder. Keep roasting for some time. Take it off the Flame and keep aside.

In another pan add 4tsp water and add all the jaggery allow it to melt. To taste the consistency drop one drop on a plate if it does and flow and is still then it is done.

Now to the pan of Jaggery mix all the other ingredients mix well the let it cool for some time, once it is cool inough take small portion in palm and start making ladoo. Or to make barfi in a deep plate apply small amount of ghee and put all the content to it and let it set once dry cut in diamond shape.
