Heat up the oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a minute.

Now add chopped green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.

Add fresh ground pepper powder in the mixture.

After few seconds, just sprinkle some water and add the eggs and salt.

Ladle it a little in order to mix the egg yolks.

When eggs start to scramble, just lower the flame and cook slowly.

Now the dish is almost ready!! If you're a spicy liver, just sprinkle some more fresh ground pepper at this stage.

Serve hot as a side dish and win others' heart

Note: Add more onions to increase the taste and quantity. When you sprinkle more water, it may take more time to cook..be careful in it.
