2 serving
  1. 11 piecesPlantain
  2. 2cksp Red oil
  3. 4big red pepper
  4. Salt
  5. 1sizeable Onion
  6. Halfhandful Utazi leaves
  7. 2Maggi cubes
  8. 2cksp Crayfish
  9. 2cksp Crayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the plantain,rinse and put in a pot.

  2. 2

    Blend the crayfish,fresh pepper,onion and pour inside the pot.

  3. 3

    Pour in red oil,maggi,salt and boil for 8minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir for 20 seconds,and cover again this will make the porriage form very well.

  5. 5

    Wash and cut the utazi leaves.then pour inside the pot.

  6. 6

    After 3minutes is ready.
