  3. 2 pinchSalt.
  4. 200 gGrated jaggery..
  5. 1 tspFennel seeds..
  6. .3 tbspOil..
  7. 2 pinchBaking powder..
  8. as neededOil..for frying
  9. as neededWater..for dough making
  10. .2 tspWater. for gur syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida main besan,salt,bp and 3tsp oil dal ke rub ke le water dal ke soft dough bana ke half hour ke liye cover ke side kar de.

    After half an hour small 2 ball bana le.

    Apni first finger ke toes par ball ko laga ke basket par roll karein...see pic

    Aise hi sab bana le.

    Wok main oil heat ke gas slow ke 2 minutes wait ke oil ko thanda hone de.

    After 2 minutes murli dal kar fry ke le slow heat par both sides se crisp kle.

    Panmain grated gur,fennel seeds and 2tsp water dal kar paka le gas off kar fried murli dal ke mix karte jaye jab tak gur coat na ho jaye.
