Ingredients

  • 2 tbspoil
  • 4roughly size chopped onion
  • 4roughly size chopped tomato
  • 1green chilli
  • 1small piece of ginger
  • 8-10cashew nuts
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspcream
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder, coriander powder,garam masala, zeera powder
  • 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  • 4-5boiled potato
  • 100 gmpaneer
  • 100 gmmava
  • 8-10chopped almonds
  • 2 tbspcorn starch
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash all potatoes and grated paneer mix well put all masala in that with corn starch mix well

  2. 2

    Mix cashew nuts almonds and mava use it as filling make the bolls

  3. 3

    Take a pan with oil, and deep fried the koftas until it's get change the colors

  4. 4

    For gravy- take a pan with oil fry onion until change it in brown and then add tomatos and get fried add masale

  5. 5

    Add koftas in that gravy and fine it with cashew nuts

  6. 6

    Add sugar to taste with little cream on that

  7. 7

    Malai kofta is ready garnish with green dhania
