  1. 400 gramsof mince beef
  2. 1onion
  3. 2 cloveof garlic
  4. 2 cloveof garlic
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 sliceof bread
  7. 1glass of milk
  8. 1 tbspof parsley
  9. 3laurel leaf
  10. 1 tbsppaprika
  11. 100 gramsflour
  12. 1glas wine white
  13. 1olive oil
  14. 1sal and pepper

    In a bowl, knead the beef with the garlic and parsley, incorporates the bread crumbs soaked in milk and add the egg, salt & pepper, works well and let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.

    Form meatballs, batter and fry in a pan with hot oil. When browned, and enter the fold in a clay pot.

    In the same oil, fry finely chopped onion and when it begins to turn brown, sprinkle with a teaspoon of flour and a little paprika. Add a glass of wine, 2 cups water, bay leaf and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Let cook slowly, stirring often casserole. When meatballs are ready, makes straight salt and pepper.
