In a bowl, knead the beef with the garlic and parsley, incorporates the bread crumbs soaked in milk and add the egg, salt & pepper, works well and let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
Form meatballs, batter and fry in a pan with hot oil. When browned, and enter the fold in a clay pot.
