3 1/4 cupsifted flour
2 tspbaking soda
1 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspginger
1 tspvanilla
3/4 canevaporated milk mixed with 1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupmolasses
1egg
1 cupshortening melted

drop 1 tablespoon of dough on pan put in your cold date filling then add another tablespoon of dough on top then start your second cookie and so on .

Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or till done
