Steps

Peer potatoes and put them in water.

Cut the potatoes into sliced dices.

Boiled 1litre of water for branching potatoes.after water has boiled regulate the heat and put the sliced potatoes for few minutes.

When fat has become oil after heating,put the slices of garlic into hot oil for garlic aroma then remove them before they overcook.

Remove the sliced potatoes in hot water and drain the water.
- 6
To the hot water,put the sliced potatoes and allow them to change colour to golddish,and remove them and let them to drain oil.

Serve with avocado and cabbage salad,and pinch of salt and tomato.
