In a large bowl sieve besan, sooji and a pinch of baking soda. Now to that add orange food colour and add water slowly to make a smooth flowing batter.

Heat the oil and with the help of small holes perforated spoon put besan batter over it with the help of spoon and slowly tap. Make sure the besan batter drops on oil itself. Once they crisp take off them and put it in a plate.

Now make sugar syrup by adding a cup sugar and water and make it single strand. Now add cardamom powder and lemon juice.

Now add syrup to the boondi and add milk and mix the whole mixture.

Grease your hands with oil and make ladoos
