Ingredients

3/4maize flour (makka aata)
5 tbsprefined flour
1/4carom seeds
2 tbspoil
1/4cumin seeds
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspdry oregano
as neededRefined flour for rolling
as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

1

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix and kneed into a dough.

Divide the dough into 3 equal portion.

Roll a portion in equal size using a flour. Cut into the shape.

Heat the oil in a deep pan.

Fry few chips till the golden fry on medium flame.

Serve with your favourite dip or sauce.
