Break your eggs in a bowl and scramble them to mix well

Add some heated butter to your scrambled eggs and mix till the mixture is well done

Put frying pun on heat and allow it to heat moderate.

Add some margarine on pan and let it melt and shake the pan for margarine to cover the base of pan

Slice your bread to two pieces and dip the first piece to the mixture and let it cover the whole bread

Put the wrapped bread on the heating pan and rotate it and turning it around till the coat is fully cooked

Let it be golden brown

Repeat the procedure for second piece till its cooked

Serve while hot

Nb you can serve accompanied with salad and red fruits
