Ab mixchure ak dam thanda hone par usse kisi dabba ya ice tray mein daal kar frizzar mein rakh de.ya phir zip lock pouch mein daal kar bi freezer mein rakh sakte hai.

Ab jab maan Karein ya phir jaldi ho to purée ko freezer se nikaale or pan mein daal kar gram Karein jitni jarrurat ho utni hi purée nikaale.

Purée se ice melt ho Jane par usme butter, salt, mirch, gram masala daale or mix Karein. Phir paneer ya Allu kuch bi daal kar mix Karein or ak boil lage de hamari sabji tayaar.

Iss greavy se hum shai paneer, paneer butter masala, daal makhani,mushroom mutter or dum Allu bana sakte hai.

Ye purée freezer mein hum 2 months tak Store kar sakte hai.
