Masala crumbled tofu on toast

Tofu is a good sauce of protein and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is also an excellent sauce of iron and calcium. It’s an excellent ingredient to increase your daily dose of nutrition. Have it in sandwiches, curries or on toast, it tastes fabulous!

Steps

Crumble tofu finely and place them in a bowl aside

Heat a Tb oil in a non stick pan and sauté the veggies for 5-7 minutes on medium-Low heat

Season with salt,pepper and dry spices and mix well
- 4
Add the crumbled tofu and mix well and sauté on Low heat
- 5
Finish by adding coriander leaves and lemon juice
- 6
Mix and take off heat
- 7
Serve warm in toast/sandwiches/roles
