Marinated chicken

Will also work well with beef pork and lamb. In this recipe I am going to roast it in the oven due to the weather but it is also great on the grill. If grilling make sure to keep an eye on them because they will burn do to the sugar content and that goes for anything with sugar in it.

Steps
- 1
Grilling tip move coals to one side of your grill so you can get a nice char and move off the direct heat to finish cooking.
- 2
Smash and mince garlic and put all your ingredients in to measuring cup and whisk together untill well incorporated.
- 3
Put your chicken in a gallon Ziploc bag. Pour mixture in to bag making sure to coat all the pieces. Try to get as much air out of the bag as possible.
- 4
Reason being to create a vacuum seal.
- 5
Put in the fridge on a sheet pan and marinate anywhere from one hour till overnight. Make sure to turn over your meat throughout the marinating process to ensure even disbursement of mixture.
- 6
Put the chicken on a sheet pan and place in a preheated oven set to 325 degrees for a total cook time of 90 mins. In the last 5 mins turn on the broiler to get a nice char!!!
- 7
Remove and use a instant read thermometer to check for doneness. should read at the very least 165 degrees but most likely in the 170's anything less should be put back in oven.

Hope you all enjoy!!!
