Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3boneless skinless chix breasts
  • 1 (28 oz)can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 c.water
  • 1 tbspdried basil
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 12 ozuncooked pasta
  • 2 c.shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 c.Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c.Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Place water, chix, garlic, crushed tomatoes & all the seasonings into your slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8 hrs.

  3. 3

    When done, with a fork shred chix in slow cooker.

  4. 4

    Add pasta & mix well so pasta is overed in liquid.

  5. 5

    Cover & cook for another 20 mins.

  6. 6

    Then add mozzarella cheese on top & close to let cheese melt for another 10 mins.

  7. 7

    While cheese is melting, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs to oil. Mix well for a few mins til crispy. Serve ontop of chix parm cassarole & top with parm cheese. Enjoy!!😊
