  1. 2 c.Mushroom Broth
  2. 2stalls Lemongrass
  3. 3kafir leave
  4. 1 inchgalangal
  5. 5Chilli
  6. 1 c.Assorted mushroom
  7. Seasonning
  8. 2 TbspVegan Fish Sauce
  9. 2.5 TbspLime Juice
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. 1 TbspChilli Paste (nam prik pao) optional
  12. Garnish
  13. 1 Tbspchopped Culantro
  14. 1 Tbspchopped Coriander
  15. 1julliened red chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the broth until boiled then add the herbs until it reboiled again add the mushroom

  2. 2

    Untill cooked seasoning with vegan fish sauce, lime, and sugar. Tastes should be sour salty and a tiny bit of sweet ending

  3. 3

    Removed from heat, pour it in a bowl and sprinkle the garnish
