16 ozsour cream
1 cancream of chicken soup
1/2yellow onion, chopped
1/2 stickbutter

Steps

preheat oven to 350°F.

mix together sour cream and cream of chicken soup.

stir in most of cheese and frozen potatoes, mix well.

in a pan, melt butter on high heat, add onion and saute until onion is soft.

add onion and butter from the plan into the potato mixture, mix well.

put potatoes into baking dish, evenly, and sprinkle top with remaining cheese.

bake in oven for 1 hour, uncovered or until browned and bubbly.
