put oil in nonstick frying pan and set to medium heat

mix turkey, dill, rosemary , shallots, oats and mustard in large bowl until evenly distributed.

flick a drop of water on heating pan, if it dances the oil is ready.

when oil is ready, create 1oz meatballs from turkey mixture and one by one place them in the pan.

cook for 10 minutes, then flip. if you like, you can add a splash of red wine to the pan upon flipping the balls.. cook for another 10 minutes or until balls are cooked though (meat becomes opaque when cooked through)

makes 5 servings If everyone has 2 balls
