Steps

Add a little salt to mushrooms and leave in fridge for 30 mins.

Heat pan (no oil) over a high heat.

When pan is hot add oil first then butter.

When it starts to bubble add garlic. Fry for 1 min.

Add chilli and fry for 1 min.

Add mushrooms and fry for 2 mins.

Add wine and cook for 2 mins.

Gently pour into dish and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with crusty bread to mop up with and a glass of leftover wine. Enjoy.
