Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchkale
  2. 1 tbspevoo
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tsppepper
  5. 1 tspof any other season you may like

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    pull kale off of stem

  3. 3

    wash and dry kale

  4. 4

    break up into pieces(size doesn't matter)

  5. 5

    pour over extra virgin olive oil

  6. 6

    add seasonings

  7. 7

    massage the oil in the kale with fingers

  8. 8

    when all kale is covered nicely with evoo put into oven

  9. 9

    bake for 20 minutes

  10. 10

    you can really use any flavor you may like on these...think of your favorite chip flavor and use that if you wish
