  1. 2 cupWheat flour -
  2. 1 tbspCrushed almonds -
  3. 1 tbspCrushed cashew nuts -
  4. 1 tbspRaisins -
  5. 1/2 cupGrated jaggery -
  6. to tasteSalt -
  7. 4 tbspOil -
  8. 1/2 cupMilk -

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add wheat flour,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well

    Make a soft dough with the help of milk

    Keep aside for 15 mins.

    Take a bowl add grated jaggery,crushed almonds,cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now stuffing is ready.

  6. 6

    Divide the dough into equal parts.

  7. 7

    Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.

  8. 8

    Flatten the ball into thick round paratha

  9. 9

    Grease the pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.

  10. 10

    Serve the garma garam paratha with pickles.
