
Super Duper Scalloped Potatoes

Steps

Peel and slice potatoes thinly.

Blend milk, créme fraîche, garlic, onion, bell pepper and seasoning.

Preheat oven to 175°C and oil your largest baking pan.

Spoon a small amount of créme mixture into pan and add a layer of potatoes.

Add cream mixture and cheese. Add another layer of potatoe and continue till potatoe is done.

Omit the last layer of cheese, cover with foil paper and stick in the oven.

After 2 hours remove scallop from oven, add remaining layer of cheese and bake for another 15 mins.

Remove and stab with a fork to make sure the potatoes are soft enough.

Leave cool uncovered for 10 mins.
