2 tbspminced fresh garlic
3 tbspparmesan cheese
1milk
3/4 cupbutter or margarine
1salt
1pepper
10 lbbag of potatoes

peel and boil potatoes with a 1/2 tablespoon of garlic in the water

strain and put back in the hot pot and mash
3

add the butter/margarine and stir
4

add sour cream
5

add the garlic, mash or stir again
6

add how much milk you like depending how creamy you like your potatoes
7

add parm cheese(optional), salt and pepper to taste
