Ingredients

  • 2 cupflour
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 2 mediumeggs
  • 1/3 cupordinary butter (melted)
  • 2 tbspsugar (optional)
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspvanilla extract/essence

Steps

  1. 1

    put all ingredients below into a bowl

  2. 2

    then wisk until a smooth batter is formed

  3. 3

    leave to set in the fridge for at least 30mins

  4. 4

    then mix again add water if batter is too thick

  5. 5

    fry in pan and add any toppings!!
