Soak rice, urad dal and chana dal for 4-5 hours

Grind it in the batter form

Add salt and keep for 3-4 hours for fermentation

Take tava put bit oil and sprinkle pinch of sugar and wipe it with cut onion or potato

Put the batter on the tava and spread evenly

Put oil on the sides and in between

Put all chopped vegetables on it and grated cheese

Cover the dosa for 2-3 minutes

Remove from the tava

Ready to eat with chutney
