Ingredients

  1. For dosa batter
  2. 4 katori boiled rice
  3. 1 katori urad dal
  4. 2 table spoonchana dal
  5. 1Chopped green capsicum
  6. 1Chopped onion
  7. 1Chopped red capsicum
  8. 1Chopped yellow capsicum
  9. 1Chopped carrot
  10. 1Chopped beet root
  11. as neededChopped green coriander leaves
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededGrated cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice, urad dal and chana dal for 4-5 hours

  2. 2

    Grind it in the batter form

  3. 3

    Add salt and keep for 3-4 hours for fermentation

  4. 4

    Take tava put bit oil and sprinkle pinch of sugar and wipe it with cut onion or potato

  5. 5

    Put the batter on the tava and spread evenly

  6. 6

    Put oil on the sides and in between

  7. 7

    Put all chopped vegetables on it and grated cheese

  8. 8

    Cover the dosa for 2-3 minutes

  9. 9

    Remove from the tava

  10. 10

    Ready to eat with chutney
