Ingredients

  1. 15 ozskinless boneless salmon
  2. 1/3 cupwhole wheat breadcrumbs
  3. 1egg, lightly beaten
  4. 1 tbspchopped green onion (green only)
  5. 1 tbspdrained chopped capers
  6. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 2 tspchopped fresh dill
  8. 2 tsplemon juice
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 1/2 tspground red pepper
  11. 3 tbspolive oil mayonnaise, divided
  12. 3/8 tspsalt, divided
  13. 3 tbspplain Greek yogurt
  14. 1 tspsriracha chili sauce
  15. 1/2 tspwhite vinegar
  16. 2 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, capers, garlic, dill, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, and 1/4 tsp salt in large bowl. Add salmon to breadcrumb mixture and stir until well combined.

    Divide mixture into fourths, and shape into patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Place patties on parchment lined plate, cover, and chill for 30 minutes.

    In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sriracha, remaining 1 tbsp mayonnaise, and remaining 1/8 tsp salt. Set aside.

    Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with sauce, on a bun with lettuce, if desired.
