  1. 3 cupchopped strawberries or other fruit
  2. 1 cupvanilla yogurt
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 1 tbsphoney, optional
  5. 1 tbspwheat germ, optional
  6. 1 cupfruit juice, your choice

    blend all ingredients in blender un til smooth

  2. 2

    pour in tall glass and enjoy

  3. 3

    1 T of honey maybe added for extra sweetness
