Steps

Cut the pork leg into cubes. In a sufuria boil.

Chop the the onion and tomatoes.

Heat oil in sufuria and add the pork. Fry till it browns.add the black pepper.

Add onions and stir add tomatoes and allow to soften
- 5
Add salt and stir.
- 6
Add the soy sauce and keep stirring. Cover and cook till all the water is gone or till ready
- 7
Enjoy.
