Sabse pehle maide ko Chan le aur usme thoda salt, Azwayan,kasuri methi, ghee add kar moyan de.

Ab water daal kar ek soft daugh ready karein.

Ab ek pan le. Usme oil garam karein. Usme Hing, Jeera, chopped Garlic, green chilli daal kar bhune.
