Heat the ghee in a pan add cumin, clove and black pepper, as they crackle add chopped onion, green chilli and ginger fry until light golden.

Add green peas, sprinkle red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt, cover and cook till done.

Open the lid add lemon juice, chat masla powder and amchoor powder. stir and mix.

Switch off the gas. serve with lemon slice, chopped onion and tea.
