Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgreen peas
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  5. 2 tbspchopped green chilli
  6. 1 tbspchopped ginger
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 2 tbspchopped onion
  9. 1 tbspghee
  10. 1 tspdry mango powder
  11. 1 tspchat masala
  12. 2cloves
  13. 4black pepper
  14. lemon juice as required
  15. chopped onion, green chilli and lemon slice for serving
  16. coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in a pan add cumin, clove and black pepper, as they crackle add chopped onion, green chilli and ginger fry until light golden.

  2. 2

    Add green peas, sprinkle red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt, cover and cook till done.

  3. 3

    Open the lid add lemon juice, chat masla powder and amchoor powder. stir and mix.

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas. serve with lemon slice, chopped onion and tea.
