Dice the kidney and clean thoroughly

Chop the onion and tomato.

Fry onions in a pan and saute in it until brown

Add the kidney. Stir and cover to brown

Add the tomato and stir some more

And add a pinch of salt into the mix and stir

Cook till done

Serve hot with ugali or rice.
