Ingredients

  1. 50 gmrefined flour
  2. 50 gmcorn flour
  3. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  4. Salt as taste
  5. 1/2 tspchilli sauce
  6. 1 gmajino motto
  7. 1no full gobi
  8. 1 spoonvinegar
  9. 1 spoondegi mirch
  10. 2no onion(dice cutting)
  11. 1no shimla mirch(dice cutting)
  12. Oil as requirement
  13. Coriander as garnish
  14. 10 gmgreen peas

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly cut the gobi in equal size and cut chopped garlic dice cutting of shimla mirch and onion

  2. 2

    Take a bowl to add refined flour and corn flour add salt and degi mirch and water as mix it

  3. 3

    Take a utensil to add oil and propey hot the oil and fry the gobi golden brown

  4. 4

    Take a utensil to add oil and add ginger garlic few second after to add onion and shimla mirch and cook properly and add the ajino motto and soya sauce and green oeas and few drops vinegar and red chilli sauce and salt and mix them and cook properly

  5. 5

    Few times to add fry gobi and mix properly and 5 mix cook

  6. 6

    Serve for hot garnish for green coriander
