Ingredients

6 servings
  1. For dosa.. 1 cup Ragi seeds
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat
  3. 1/4 cupghee
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Water
  6. For salad curry
  7. 1 cupsprouted green gram
  8. 1 cupchopped Onion
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/4 cupFresh green peas
  11. 1/2 cupchopped cucumber
  12. 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander leaves
  13. For masala.
  14. 1 cupgrated coconut
  15. 1 inchcinnamon
  16. 5-6 clovesgarlic
  17. 3-4cloves
  18. 1red chilli
  19. 1 tspBlack pepper seeds
  20. 1/2 inchginger
  21. Water
  22. 1/2small gooseberry sized tamarind
  23. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  24. for ragi coffee.
  25. 50 gramragi seeds
  26. 150 mlmilk
  27. 300 mlwater
  28. 1/2 cupJaggery

Steps

    Dosa... Soak ragi and wheat overnight, drain the water.

  2. 2

    Add in Mixie with water and salt.

  3. 3

    Grind smoothly, pour into a vessel.

  4. 4

    Add sufficient water, the batter should not be so watery or thick.

  5. 5

    Heat tava, pour laddle full of batter and spread it.

  6. 6

    Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes, open the lid sprinkle some ghee and flip over it.

  7. 7

    Cook for a minute and remove, serve.

  8. 8

    For salad gravy.. Mix the ingredients together and prepare salad.

  9. 9

    For masala grind the ingredients smoothly under masala.

  10. 10

    Pour the ground masala in to salad vessel, add sufficient water and check salt.

    Bring it to boil well until good aroma, and serve along dosa.

    While having dosa to drink we need ragi coffee..

  13. 13

    Soak ragi 50 grams overnight, drain and grind by adding milk and water little.

  14. 14

    Pour the ground smooth paste into a vessel, add remaining water and milk.

  15. 15

    Add Jaggery and mix well, stir continuously and boil it, it starts thickening.

    Switch off and serve with 1dosa.

  17. 17

    It's a complete energetic, healthy morning breakfast for villagers.
