Melt butter in saucepan

Add onion, celery and seasonings to saucepan

Saute until celery and onion are soft

Meanwhile, cut bread into 1 inch squares

Place bread in 2 large bowls

Pour half of celery, onion and bread mixture over each bowl of bread, then toss bread to mix through.

Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over each bowl of bread mixture, then toss to mix through

Bread will now be moist enough to fit in 1 bowl. Combine both bowls together then toss.

Stuff turkey or chicken and bake

This is enough stuffing for a 10 -15 pound turkey
