Ingredients

  1. 250 gramboneless fish
  2. 2 tsplemon juice
  3. 1 tsponion juice
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1 tspginger paste
  6. 2-3green chilies paste
  7. 1/2 cupcornflour
  8. 1 cupbread crumbs
  9. 1egg
  10. as your taste Salt
  11. Pepper
  12. Refined oil for deep frying

    Take the fish.

  2. 2

    Clean and cut into long finger like strips.

  3. 3

    Or you can boil the fish pieces until cooked in salt water with some vinegar.remove the fish and drain all the water. Remove the skin and make it into finger shape after marinating it with all your marination.

  4. 4

    In a bowl mix onion juice ginger garlic paste green chilies paste red chilli paste and lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Marinate the fish pieces with it for at least one hour.

  6. 6

    In another bowl mix the egg with salt and pepper.

  7. 7

    Now dip the marinated fish into cornflour then egg and then roll them in the breadcrumbs.

    Deep-fry it

    Serve hot with mayo and onion rings
