Peel the potatoes, cut into wedge shapes and clean them well.

Deep fry the potatoes till ready.

Cut the tomatoes and onions and put aside.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl add salt and stir.

Heat oil in a pan or sufuria add onions and let it fry for a little time.

Add tomatoes and let them cook till soft and put eggs then mix them together till they are ready.
