  1. 6 handfulboer beans leaves(nyangana)
  2. 3onions
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 6 tbsolive oil
  5. 2large lemon the more lemon better the taste
  6. 6eggs

    Chop the fresh leaves of boer beans

  2. 2

    Boil then until well cooked

  3. 3

    Squeeze leaves when cool and add chopped onion and boiled eggs

  4. 4

    Add lemon salt and oil mix well

  5. 5

    Garnish with egg
