2 packagesmixed greens
1radish, sliced thin
1 largecarrot, shredded
1 cupwater chestnuts
2 cuppalm hearts
2avocados, sliced
1several salad dressings
1 cupshredded swiss cheese

if canned, drain the palm hearts & water chestnuts. in a very large salad bowl, toss all your ingredients together except for the avocados.

i like to serve this buffet style with several dressing choices & avocado slices on the side. also, i usually pair a great big salad like this with a selection of finer cheeses & some crusty french bread, accompanied by a light white wine.
