In bowl take besan,suji,and grind sprouts mix all and add curd, haldi, Salt, Eno,sugar and lemon juice mix it nicely and grease the plate and spread this batter in the plate and steam it for 20 to 25 minutes and your sprouts dhokla is ready

For tadka in fry pan add oil along with mustard seeds curry leaves and spread on the dhokla and spread coconut and corinder leaves and serve it with green chuntney
