Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchura\poha
  2. 1 &1/2cup of Green peas
  3. 2tomatoes grated
  4. 2 tspgaram masala
  5. 2 slicebrinjal
  6. 1 &1/2tsp of sugar
  7. 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  8. 2Bay leaf
  9. 4clove
  10. 4black pepper corn
  11. 1 tbcashew
  12. 1 tspkishmish
  13. 1/2 tspheeng
  14. 1 tspjeera
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 tsplemon juice
  17. 1spoon of ginger grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve &wash poha

  2. 2

    Add 1tsp of garam masala, amchoor powder, salt to taste, 1tomato Grated &1sp of oil & half spoon sugar

  3. 3

    Take a pan add desi ghee crackle jeera and heeng

  4. 4

    Add bay leaves, clove, black pepper, green peas, salt, sugar, ginger garam masala, red chilli powder, &mix well

  5. 5

    Soaked raisin in lemon juice

  6. 6

    Cover peas brinjal slice & cover the lid

  7. 7

    Cook until soft

  8. 8

    Keep aside brinjal slice add tomatoes mix &cook 1mnt

  9. 9

    Gas turn off

  10. 10

    Mix peas in poha

  11. 11

    Take a pan add ghee crackle jeera and heeng

  12. 12

    Fry cashew

  13. 13

    Add poha mixture & add soaked raisin

  14. 14

    Cook few seconds serve hot with chutney..
