Sieve &wash poha

Add 1tsp of garam masala, amchoor powder, salt to taste, 1tomato Grated &1sp of oil & half spoon sugar

Take a pan add desi ghee crackle jeera and heeng

Add bay leaves, clove, black pepper, green peas, salt, sugar, ginger garam masala, red chilli powder, &mix well

Soaked raisin in lemon juice

Cover peas brinjal slice & cover the lid

Cook until soft

Keep aside brinjal slice add tomatoes mix &cook 1mnt

Gas turn off

Mix peas in poha

Take a pan add ghee crackle jeera and heeng

Fry cashew

Add poha mixture & add soaked raisin

Cook few seconds serve hot with chutney..
